To be in the civil construction market, students have to be knowledgeable on all the technological innovations and the possibilities that exist in using the intended materials.
With this in mind, NPC implemented an initiative called the Graduate Development Programme. Selected graduates are placed in strategic departments according to their field of study. Their progress in the department is overseen by the department heads.
